Venus has been retired. The head node is still running for access to data, but the compute nodes have been removed.

Venus is owned by Michele Vendruscolo.

Sinister is owned by David Wales. It has these features:

• Forty-six six-core dual Xeon X5650 (2.6GHz) nodes
• 24Gb RAM per node
• Gigabit Ethernet interconnect

Sinister is intended for serial task farming, and small-scale parallel MPI jobs.

Cerebro is owned by Ali Alavi and Alex Thom. It has these features:

• Twenty six-core dual Xeon X5650 (2.6GHz) nodes
• Eight 8-core dual Xeon E5-2650 (2.6GHz) nodes
• 48Gb RAM per node on X5650
• 64Gb RAM per node on E5-2650
• QDR Infiniband interconnect

Cerebro is intended for parallel MPI jobs.
