If you wish to comment or complain (hopefully constructively) about computing support in the Department of Chemistry we ask you to follow these steps:
- To escalate an IT-related issue, please follow the procedure described in the IT Support and Escalation document
- If you feel you need to escalate the issue further, then please contact the chair of the IT Committee
- Further escalation of an issue is to another member of the IT Committee or directly to the Head of Department
Department Computing Strategy is decided by the IT Committee. The Computer Officers usually meet once a week to co-ordinate the implementation of computing strategy.
