Gaussview is software for building molecules and setting up Gaussian jobs.
Gaussview 5 and 6 are available on managed Linux workstations and local compute servers.
If you are on a local managed Linux workstation or local compute server then Gaussview 5 is bundled with the Gaussian 03 and Gaussian 09 programs on those machines; Gaussview 6 is bundled with Gaussian 16. Please use the instructions for one of those.
If you are on an unmanaged Linux machine or a Mac please see https://downloads.ch.cam.ac.uk/gaussian/gaussview5/ or https://downloads.ch.cam.ac.uk/gaussian/gaussview6/ for instructions on how to access the software (members of the department of Chemistry only).
The University has a site licence for Gaussview 5 and 6 for EM64T Linux (ie Linux running on modern PC hardware), and also for MacOS X on Intel hardware.
