A modified version of ImageJ2, bundled with a lot of plugins that facilitate scientific image analysis.

If you wish to use additional plugins, you can put them in a .plugins folder in your home folder. For an example user with CRSID spqr4, the folder would be located in c:\users\spqr4\.plugins (please note the leading full stop at the beginning of .plugins.
