Load the module and then you can just type aten to start the program.

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/shared/ubuntu-16.04/x86_64/aten/2.1.8 --with-qtmoc=/usr/bin/moc --with-qtrcc=/usr/bin/rcc --with-qtuic=/usr/bin/uic make make install
