Yair, Xavi and Hugo had a fantastic trip to visit our n-Aqua collaborators at ENS Paris. We were extremely grateful for the hospitality of our hosts: Marie-Laure and Lydéric. We were able to gain great insight into the state-of-the-art research being conducted on nano-confined water through tours of their experimental labs and extensive discussions on theoretical developments in the field. The trip was a valuable exchange of knowledge and a catalyst for future work, but also an opportunity to catch up with some old friends and colleagues and to get a taste of some of the delights the historic city had to offer!
The trip was an unforgettable experience, an invaluable learning opportunity and overall great fun! We look forward to many more exchanges in the future!
