The Department is pleased to announce that Professor Christopher Dobson, has been elected a Member of the Academia Europaea.
The Academia was founded in 1988 as an international, non-governmental, not-for-profit association of individual scientists and scholars. Its members, who include over 40 Nobel Laureates, are scientists and scholars who have promoted learning, education and research.
