Five members of staff – Emma Graham, Gaby Bocchetti, Rachael Jefferies, Galina Jennings and Asha Boodhun (pictured above) – took part in the Race for Life in early July to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
"We only signed up three weeks before the event, so it was a bit last minute," says Emma, who put the team together. "But it was good fun, though very hot! We ran in the 5k race under the team name Chemistry All Stars."
One team member, photographer Gaby, made life more difficult for herself by carrying camera equipment while she ran so that she could capture some action shots and video of the team.
At the time of writing, total donations amounted to £438, plus more than £60 in Gift Aid, all of which will benefit the work of Cancer Research UK.
