Our aim is to provide an environment in which all who work here can thrive, achieve their potential and do the very best science.  These aims can only be achieved if we treat one another with consideration and respect, and this is what I expect from all members of the department.  I do hope that you enjoy your time with us and that you find it a rewarding experience.

You can also expect, through departmental email, to hear about other matters of importance, such as changes to employment legislation, rules and regulations, or information relating to University or departmental policies and procedures.
