The symposium will celebrate Professor Ley's remarkable career and invaluable contributions to chemistry and to the department.  Invited speakers include Professor Matthew Gaunt from the department, Professor Dieter Enders (RWTH Aachen), Professor David MacMillan (Princeton) and Professor Robert Grubbs (California Institute of Technology).  

The event will be held on Friday 8 April from 9 am to 5 pm in the BMS theatre in the Department. Tickets are free, but registration is required.
