A new University of Cambridge Public Engagement with Research Awards scheme has been launched by the Public Engagement team on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge.
The new Public Engagement with Research Awards aim to highlight the spectrum of engagement activity undertaken at Cambridge.
Nominations are open to researchers, staff and students at all career stages who undertake excellent public engagement with research.
Winners will receive:
- £1000 personal cash prize, trophy and certificate
- Presentation of their award at a ceremony hosted by the Vice-Chancellor in June
- Creation of profile-raising promotional materials showcasing the winners public engagement work
Nominations are actively encouraged from across the six schools of the University. Nomination forms must be submitted by Monday 19 April 2016.
