Dr Tuomas Knowles, Dr Sam Cohen, Dr Paolo Arosio, Prof. Michele Vendruscolo and Prof. Chris Dobson, together with research teams from Sweden and Estonia have identified a molecule that can block the progress of Alzheimer's disease.

Chris Abell to become Pro-Vice-Chancellor

The Department is delighted to announce that Professor Chris Abell has been appointed to become Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research. His appointment will start on 1st January 2016 and will be for a term of three years.
