It’s ok not be ok – mental health and lockdown

In this recorded talk Dr Martin Vinnell, Director of Occupational Health and Safety, speaks about the realities of lockdown for staff, and explains why it’s important to accept the difficulties we are all facing, rather than create additional stress by trying to stay “happy, healthy and mentally well.” Access recording (Raven password needed).

Wellbeing Voices

Professor Helen Odell-Miller OBE from Anglia Ruskin University has been hosting a series of four stand-alone workshops in April which focus on wellbeing through vocal exercises and singing. The workshops are fun, relaxing and non-demanding and include relaxation exercises, vocal warm-ups, vocal exercises, and small group work in breakout rooms.  Has anybody joined these workshops? If so, we’d love to hear your feedback!
