Moving for wellness! Wellbeing advocates Kathleen Pickett (taking careful aim) and Emma Solaas (standing behind Kathleen) relax with Elzy Robinson and Jasmine Mitchell at the Summer Garden Party.
Research Personnel Administrator Emma Solaas joined HR and Administrations Coordinator Kathleen Pickett as our second Wellbeing Advocate, after we sadly said goodbye to Chung Tu, who has moved to a new role in the School of the Biological Sciences.
Emma works in the Administration Office on the first floor, just across from Emma Graham (so there are now two Emmas in the office!)
Together Emma and Kathleen will continue to organise wellbeing activities for the department like Pilates, the MacMillan coffee mornings and regular quizzes, as well as publicising the many wellbeing activities going on throughout the university.
Emma and Kathleen are also available to provide support, guidance and signposting about wellbeing issues, and can be contacted by email or Teams.
