LGBTQ+ in Chemistry

The Cambridge Queer in Chemistry Network is a network of LGBTQ+ people in the Department and their allies. They are a self-assembled group of staff and students who want to connect, socialise and celebrate with other queer chemists. Sam Daly, one of the founders, says the group will be hosting regular meet-ups twice a month. These will include a pub trip on the last Friday of the month (starting Friday the 27th of January 2023), and a coffee morning on the second Wednesday of the month, from the 11th of January.

Sam says: "We're also organising talks, events, poster sessions, film nights and more -- all celebrating and empowering LGBTQ+ people in STEM."

To sign up for more updates, you can message Sam at sgd46@cam.ac.uk, who will add you to the listserv once it is set up.
