I am a chemist based in The Lee Lab working in the field of single-molecule localisation microscopy. My research focuses on the development of 3D single-molecule imaging techniques (see here) and the design of next-generation fluorescent probes.

I obtained my MChem from the University of York in 2020, completing my master's thesis under the supervision of Dr Martin Cockett in spectroscopy. In particular, I used Resonance Enahnced Multiphoton Ionisation (REMPI) Spectroscopy and excited state electronic structure calculations to probe the weak interactions between biologically relevent molecules.

I also co-founded the Cambridge Queer in Chemistry Network (QiCN) that aims to provide a space within the department for staff and students to connect, socialise and celebrate with other queer chemists.
