Price per day: 170 € + tourist tax for a single occupancy room on a full-board basis
Price per day: 230 € + tourist tax for a two person occupancy room on a full-board basis
The price includes the corresponding VAT. Guests pay all extra costs themselves on the spot (parking, mini bar...). Accommodation prices include the use of a swimming pool, fitness, sauna and WiFi.
The deadline for booking is August 11th and by this date, participants can cancel reservations free of charge. In case of a no-show, booked accommodation will be charged. However, there is a limited number of rooms in the hotel booked for the event name: "Energy Landscapes 2024" which will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
The deadline to request an invoice for payment is August 15th, 2024.
