Beini received her BEng degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Tongji University (Shanghai, China) in 2016 and her MSc degree in Advanced Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London (London, UK) in 2017. Her research project at Imperial was Thermoresponsive Gels based on Multi-block Copolymers under the supervision of Dr Theoni Georgiou. She joined the Scherman Group in 2018 and her current research interest lies in developing CB[8]-based supramolecular gels as a novel type of conductive materials.
