The Gates Scholarships at Cambridge are a global funding opportunity for intellectually outstanding postgraduate students with a capacity for leadership and a commitment to improving the lives of others.
There are early deadlines and applications open in September 2020.
- Round 1 is for US candidates (resident in the US).
- Round 2 is for citizens of all countries other than the USA (except for the United Kingdom) and US citizens normally resident outside the USA.
If you intend to apply you will need to submit a research proposal as part of your application and be able to provide a non-academic reference in support of your suitability for the award. Further information can be found here
