Waste & Recycling

The Department of Chemistry aims to manage its activities, buildings and their surroundings to conserve natural resources, to prevent environmental pollution and to bring about a continual improvement in its environmental performance. To this end, an Environmental Co-ordinator is the main point of contact for all environmental issues in the Department.
