The Chemistry Department PDAC has been active for a little over a year now, but apart from a series of social events, its work so far has been mostly behind the scenes. Part of the purpose of the Postdoc Pages is therefore to keep all postdocs in the Department informed about what the PDAC is working on, and what has been achieved.

The main aim of the Postdoc Pages, however, is to be a first port of call for all postdocs - whether already in the Department or thinking about joining - looking for information about postdoc life in the Chemistry Department. Accordingly, there are news items of particular relevance to postdocs, articles about the issues that are important to postdocs (more of these as the site develops!), links to useful information within the Department and beyond, and information about PDAC and forthcoming PDAC events.
