His team will have the remit addressing issues that impact on all aspects of a postdoc’s experience with the University, from before you arrive until after you have left, as well as helping with fundraising and an involvement with the North-West Cambridge development. The creation of this post represents an important step forward in the University’s recognition of the value postdocs bring to the University community.
