The preliminary application form should only be completed by students who are outside of the University but in the UK and who would be able to visit the Department if called for interview. Please download and complete the (Preliminary Application Form) (Microsoft Word file) and then send the completed form by email to Julie Lee (admissions@ch.cam.ac.uk). You will need to arrange for a brief reference from two referees. Your preliminary application cannot be considered until both references are received. You will be contacted if you are called for interview.
Financial assistance may be available to assist with interview travel costs within the UK.
If you are an overseas student in the UK please be aware that this is a departmental form only and you should be aware of scholarship application deadlines that require submission of the official Graduate Application Form.
