I have been a Computer Officer at the University of Cambridge since March 1996, working in most areas of IT support, and have been at Chemistry since September 2012. I especially enjoy systems administration.
Prior to this, I was a research scientist both in academia and the pharmaceutical industry and have a number of scientific publications, mostly relating to leukotrienes (derivatives of arachidonic acid), an important mediator in asthma and allergies.
