Julia is a high-level, high-performance dynamic programming language for technical computing, with syntax that is familiar to users of other technical computing environments.

Availability: 

All managed Windows workstations via WPKG, all managed Linux workstations and clusters as an environment module

On Linux, type 'module add julia' and then 'julia'

On Linux we install the official binary package. For clusters this is repackaged as an RPM; for workstations we drop it on the NFS server and provide a module.
